We have Three rooms that are used for B&B. two Queen and one double. In addition, rollaway beds are available @ $15.00 each per night. All rooms are equipped with television and overhead fans. The house is fully air-conditioned and contains an electrostatic air cleaner for those who suffer from allergies. There is an additional $10.00 for a 1 night stay. Each room has high speed internet connection. Rooms are available as follows:
Front Suite (18' x 12')
$75.00 (Double) $65.00 (Single) per night.
A beautiful
large Suite overlooking the front of the property with a vaulted ceiling. This room has a
queen size bed and en suite washroom with shower. There are many windows in this room
making this a very bright and airy room. The room is much larger than it appears in the
photograph and contains a personal desk for you convenience. This very attractive Suite is
pleasant, spacious and is tastefully decorated with charm.
Double Suite (12' x 11')
$75.00 (Double) $65.00 (Single) per night.
This is a very pleasant and desirable Suite with a view to the south of the property. This room has a double bed and a private en suite washroom with a good sized shower. This cozy room is pleasant, spacious and is tastefully decorated with charm.
Queen Suite (12' x 11')
$75.00 (Double) $65.00 (Single) per night.
This is also a very pleasant and desirable Suite. It
has a view to the south of the property. The room has a Queen size bed, large walk-in
closet and shares a washroom across the hallway with the Front Suite, if that Suite is
occupied. This room is pleasant, spacious, and decorated with charm.
Reservations and Payment
Rooms can only be reserved if we have a Visa, MasterCard or American Express authorization and deposit at the time of booking. We will need your card number, the name of the card holder, and the expiry date. If you do not wish to release your credit card information over the Internet, you may use the phone or fax to confirm your booking.
Unlike hotels, our rooms are often booked months in advance. Because of this, a refund can only be given if notice is received as follows:
For reservations made within 30 days, at least 10 days prior to the scheduled arrival date.
For reservations made 2 months in advance or more, at least 20 days prior to arrival date.
No refunds or adjustments will be made after arrival.
Required Deposit
An amount equal to 20% of the total due for the dates booked, or a minimum of one night, whichever is the greatest. For Long term reservations or for Multiple Room reservations, deposits will be non-refundable. On all refunds, a fee of $10.00 will be retained to cover our costs in processing the deposit.
